Summary

Panic Disorder and Agoraphobia. Clearly a mouthful for Jeremie. This week we sit down in front of a full house at the Dalhousie Medical School to hear all about Bridgett's experience with her struggles with her own mental health. Derealization and Depersonalization sound way worser than a bad trip in the woods. Always planning for the best exit on the highway sounds maddening. Flying?! Out of the picture - unless it's a seat at the back, a Boeing 737 or Airbus 320 and include a full bar of Xanax. But on the bright side, meditation has been a game-changer.
