footing with her, which was an accomplishment in and of itself, but she ultimately both

on points and style.

Actually, those are all pretty active verbs and that's not what actually happened during

the debate.

What happened was Mrs. Clinton stood vigil as Mr. Trump rambled his way toward oblivion.
