This week is college football mental health week.

So I brought in two of my friends Ryan Kane from Hall of Fame Health

and Nick Brousette, former LSU great, Baton Rouge famous, I might add. And as you all know

and love him from being a starboarding back at LSU. So welcome to this show.

Thank you. Thank you. We're going to dive into a bunch of different things, but Nick and I talked a lot about his career

and how it's sometimes hard transitioning from being an athlete at LSU, whether it's football

or any sport, and just how he's grown into coming back

yeah working at LSU now so we're excited to have you yeah I'm so excited

so yeah just a little bit about my background my story and everything else so

from Baton Rouge Louisiana I went to the U High School that's actually onie, Louisiana. I went to U.S. High School.

That's actually on LSU campus.

So I went there for five years.

I started there, my eighth grade year.

So I actually started playing high school football in eighth grade and everything else.

Rush for 1,000 yards.

So I started getting some big-time offers and everything else.

But I always knew that I wanted to stay home.

LSU was home for me.

I wanted to stay close to my family.
