I want to say to our listeners that our conversation last week on who the

Speaker of the House would be, and where we would be, you know, by the time that

episode aired, Mike Johnson was the new speaker unanimously voted in.

So I want to give us an opportunity to say to,

we pre-recorded, friends, like that's what we did.

And we cannot control how, you know, how the news rolls.

Because my God, I thought that we were going to be speakerless,

and then we got a new one, Woj.

And this new one, my God, my God.

I mean, this is one of those situations where we have said on our show

for I think the past year and a half

that the GOP is going to further become a radicalized, weaponized movement that is hostile

to democracy. And people thought, as usual, these darkies are crazy. What are you talking about,

right? You know, going back, Danielle, Donald Trump won't leave. Oh, you're hysterical.

Donald Trump is going to cause a lot of chaos before he, if he loses, oh, you're

hysterical. After Donald Trump leaves, did you hear this one, folks? The GOP will moderate. They'll get

back on track. Well, forget Marjorie Taylor Green. Forget Lauren Bobert. Now we have as the speaker

of the house, not Kevin McCarthy, the spineless amoeba of a man.
