that route, we're going to start with an interesting, strange contraption that we saw this week on the

homepage, a fork with a shock, I guess would be the best way to describe it, a telescoping fork design

that uses a Fox 40 with an Olin's air shock as part of it.

Why would you describe this thing, Dario?

I don't know what you call it.

Lawrence Smith, kind of tinkerer, inventor type, basically wanted to improve on the bump absorption and, let's say, like, dynamic handling of the telescoping fork,

and added a linkage system that kind of clamshells around the head tube and drives a small Olin's air air shock and that allows him to change where the

axle sits relative to the head tube i think that's like the easiest way to describe it is it's

like the fork can come in and it can squish up and down and you know there's some data that

jesse may put in the article that shows that, like,

it might be helping with some of those smaller square edge hits that you're running into.

You know, I can imagine this being a better version of something like those trust

linkage forks, which worked sometimes. But whether it's worth the complication,

is I think, kind of a different thing entirely.

But it is cool.

I think it's like an interesting,

probably the best implementation I've seen,

which is why I got some attention.

Yeah, I would try.
