and as you can imagine, it is far, far easier to address a passionate, interested, stimulating audience than it is to speak to a microphone.

And yet, each week week that is what it is my privilege to do and so one of the ways that I try to bring the passion and vitality that I feel for the topics we discuss is by visualizing you over there.

And that's not hard to do.

On a physical level, I see each and every one of you.

I see every man as a handsome, virile human being,

and I see every woman as a beautiful woman.

And on a spiritual level, I see you all as happy warriors.

And those of you who have been long-time listeners of the show, you know that I, from time to time,

used that phrasing before.

When I say happy warrior, I mean people who are spiritually grounded in all that is life-affirming, cuckooned in courage,

and people whose commitment easily conquers the complacent, and people whose tenacity

triumphs over the crooks, creeps, clowns and cranks,

who, without even understanding the damage they do to our society,
