when you're making content. And that is actually one of the things I want to really dial in

over the next year. It's like really being able to, in what I deem to be a satisfactory way,

achieve a cadence of regular content whilst not getting behind on emails whilst

while still getting my workouts in like this year has been an interesting one because

it's probably been the most I've ever prioritized like I guess I can't say I've

worked less hard in previous years because it's been just a grind for years now, but I definitely did put the companies over the content in some capacity.

And in addition, in some ways, even my workouts, like this is the least I've worked out in the past year.
