0:31.5	tax and spend, tax and spend. Years ago, when I started in radio in the 90s, in San Francisco, I met some good liberals who were smart.
0:40.0	And they said, well, we're not social conservatives, but we really like the idea of fiscal conservatism.

0:48.3	So in other words, they like the idea of not spending more than you take in.
0:52.1	And that was the watchword for 30 years, which is don't spend more than you take in. And that was the watchword for 30 years,

1:01.8	don't burden our children and children's children with debt.
1:05.2	Remember all of those years?
1:06.6	We don't hear that anymore, do we?
1:08.6	Now it's spend, spend, spend, and it's a big, beautiful budget.
1:12.7	Big beautiful budget.
1:14.4	$4 trillion added to the debt and I'm supposed to sit there and take it and say,
1:18.0	that's wonderful.
1:19.4	No, I'm not going to do it.
1:20.6	I'm an independent conservative.
1:21.9	I'm going to speak my mind.
1:23.0	And I cannot believe how stupid, how stupid people can be.
