We all learned this when we were like six years old. Right. They drilled it into our brain. Eat a lot of protein. Get big, get strong. Get your protein. So that resulted in a world today that is very protein conscious. So today we're going to talk about where do you get your protein? We are. That's what you're talking about. Welcome.
