1:04.7	heaven as a place in space, unknown, unseen, the third heaven. And I've always thought of the revelation of the
1:13.6	martyred saints and the great multitude of every tribe and nation as being a resurrected
1:18.7	group of believers who have died in the past or being retrieved from earth at that time,
