You know, living the dream is still in recovery, but, you know, it is, it is what it is.

Back injuries suck.

But I'm super excited to run it back with one of our favorite guests.

Absolutely.

You know him from his work on stat chasing and erstwhile at RotoViz.

Now, hopefully we'll get him back in the offseason, but Connor O'Drisko and how's going?

I've written articles for RotoViz this year. Oh, yeah, I just mean not in-season stuff, but that's all right.

So it's interesting because I think the last time I was on I was on the report was

literally like two or three days after your surgery has on right yeah yep it was

been a while man it's been a long road I remember you were horizontal like yeah

you're in severe pain.

I'm sure you're still in pain, but hopefully a little less.

Yeah, it's the fun part is because it was a deep herniation.

So, so they were like, just be careful to not be herniated and that's what happened,

which is a good time

uh luckily luckily i mean i'm able to sit for a while but it's better than just being fully horizontal but like it's still there's still a lot of horizontality in my life if that makes sense

right yeah uh less there's been almost no walking like none of PT stuff. So we're starting a whole bunch of other things. So it's just, ugh, it sucks. So you started PT? Finally. Yeah, after like weeks. But, you know, there's still a threat of a second surgery. So I'm trying to take this PT stuff as seriously as I can because it took a while to like, they were like, no, you have to take it slowly. So I was like, all right, I'll take it as slow as I can. Yeah. And this is a bit of a, this is a bit of a, like a watch party, slash spreading some of our teams, Zay Flowers, for for those you who are going to be listening to this
