0:20.1	Come enjoy a show. I'm going to talk about the last, oh, I don't know, 45 days of Avalanche Hockey. We're going to recap everything that's happened. We're going to talk about the standings. We're going to get into who's performed well and who hasn't over this last little stretch for Colorado. So why not jump in right away? I mean, let's get something obvious out of the way first.
0:41.7	The Ave's best player over this stretch, at least production-wise, is very clearly Nathan McKinnon.
0:48.1	Of course, he's going to be that guy for the abs at any given time. He's still right at the top of the
0:53.4	NHL when it comes to production.

0:57.5	There are a couple things I wanted to get into on Nathan McKinnon, though, because we've
1:04.1	had a lot of conversations about him this year and his, call it, unwillingness to shoot.

1:14.3	but I think there's a little bit of inaccuracy around Nathan McKinnon shooting the puck this
1:21.3	year. On the power play, absolutely true. He has not shot the puck enough on the power play. We
1:27.1	actually saw it towards the end of this stretch of hockey. He started shooting it again, and wouldn't you know it, the ad's power play has gotten a lot better. But over this last stretch, since the turn of the new year, January 1st, Nathan McKinnon ranks third in the NHL for total shots. So it's not like he's not shooting the puck at all. He is shooting
1:45.3	the puck quite a bit. It's just mostly coming at five on five right now. And that does
1:51.5	somewhat reflect in his production. Obviously, he has a long stretch of poor power play performance
1:58.6	in January. Those two things are obviously connected, but I do think it's important to understand where
2:07.1	Nathan McKinnon is at this year, not just in obviously the ridiculous point production,
