they had a bad situation on defense at the defensive coordinator position that they did not

resolve like all those things and then that's pretty rough and they were not in the mix or in the

conversation but they got to draft it in the top five and got to get sunny styles which should

help them a lot right away dorothy jones should help them a lot. So I don't, and also I had them seventh.

I didn't have them third.

I had them seventh, which means right in that same squished middle of teams that are somewhere,

I think, between nine and 11 wins.

And I wouldn't be surprised at all if Jane Daniels just bounces back and it's very good.

But they've got holes and they've got weaknesses that are going to hold them back from being a real NFC championship contender.

Joker, even half of Vikings fans don't realize the Vikings were a quarterback away from being good last year.

Can't blame the outsiders for not knowing either.

Yeah, I mean, I do think, I do think that Vikings fans probably realize that

halfway through the season as Sam Darnold was thriving with the Seattle Seahawks.

But I know what you mean.

It's tough to look beyond.
