Great. Well, some of you have been listening to the show for a while.

Probably remember Victor. It was a great interview. I think it was two years ago.

And we brought him back because he has no book out. There's some great topics we wanted to talk to him about.

So for those who are not familiar with Victor, Victor, tell us a little bit about your background. I've lived in a bunch of different places. I started life in New York, lived in Iran for a little while. My dad was Iranian, lived in London,

went to university there, came back to the States, worked for Solomon Brothers, then went back to London for a long time for over 25 years where I had my kids. I was a founding partner of LTCM, the hedge fund. And since 2001,

I had about a 10 years sabbatical. And then about a dozen years ago, I started a wealth advisory,

financial advisory practice that kind of grew out of what I was doing for myself and my family,

kind of the family office turned into a wealth advisor.

And it's called Elm Wealth. And that's what I've been doing for the last dozen or so years.
