I work in surveillance and one of the things that happens is that you get people sending

you handwritten letters, sometimes from jail, some of these letters include references to

mind control or aliens or fidel Castro controlling their brain via radio waves.

And this was like so many letters that I've received, right?

So many people believe they have been secretly tracked with secret technology.

So the difference between so many of those other letters and this one is that he was right.
