oklahoma that has to shake you to your very core well Well, certainly in this case, this woman.

So here is a lady by the name of Danielle Dyer,

and she was seven years old when her father's stepbrother molested her.

Now, he served time for the crime and even went back to prison for violating his parole. So now he's

out free to second time. He has 64-year-old convicted sex offender. Now, you know as a sex

offender and every state has these same kinds of rules, you can't live near a playground,

you can't live near a church or a kids congregate or whatever.

But I'll tell you what he is not precluded from doing is living next door to the gal that he molested.

He moved in with his mother, who happens to be Danielle's grandmother, who lives next door to her parents.

And under Oklahoma law, nothing stops an offender from living next door to the victim.

She's now 21 years old, and she said, okay, my parents and I, we're going to change that.

I mean, she wrote sharing a photo over her step-uncle, she put it up on the internet,

Meet My Abuser and My New Neighbor.

He's been asked to leave Oklahoma, but in Oklahoma, he can legally reside here.

And surely Oklahoma can do better than this.
