0:52.0	thanks for having me on today. You're so welcome. This truly, I know I've told you this before but
0:57.8	I have been looking forward to this moment for well over a year and so this has been a long time
1:03.8	coming and such an answer dream and I'm so grateful that we're getting to finally do it and I
1:09.2	believe it's for such a time as this. So this is a joy and I figured speaking of joy, what better
1:16.4	way to kick off our conversation than asking you what made you smile today? This is the sweetest
1:22.8	question because there are a lot of reasons to smile. I think sometimes I get caught up in like
1:28.0	there's a lot of reasons not to smile but I love being reminded of this this morning. Just put my
1:34.4	little baby down for an app and this morning he we're eating breakfast and he's all into solid foods
1:39.6	now and he just got like egg and yogurt on his hair and was just giggling and laughing and I was
1:46.0	sitting there and I'm like okay like it just it just made me smile. I just had a laugh because
1:51.6	it was totally one of those things that I could have like stopped him and just let him be all
1:56.0	neat and tidy but for him to enjoy being like a silly baby and exploring and also the fact that
2:01.4	I actually got a drink my coffee today like like semi-warm like which is impressive because
2:07.9	usually I have to refill it three times but today I actually guzzled it down semi-warm so I'm
