| 0:34.5 | Now I for one like guarantees, I like knowing that if I'm going to purchase something and |
| 0:40.0 | it breaks, they're obligated to fix it or they're obligated to give me a new one or something |

| 0:45.6 | I like guarantees because it gives me a piece of mind that the decision I've made is |
