of twenty-eight times a day.

The picture is similar in other countries.

Few of us seem immune to the whole technology has on our lives.

I was frustrated, irritated, confused mostly.

It's like, like, really like, is this problem that bad?

It is truly revolutionized the way we live and many would point to massive, positive transformations.

I always believe that the advantages far outweigh the disadvantages, even those who feel

that technology is controlling their lives.

I still think most people's lives are better because of it.

But is it slowly stifling us, destroying the more natural human moments of connection

and interaction?
