0:04.6	And the topic of today's newsletter is going to be when you're not really into her,
0:09.4	but feel guilty about it.
0:12.1	So I've got an email from a guy.
0:14.1	He's been following me for about four years.
0:17.5	And he says what originally brought him to my work was his, I think he said, an NPD, narcissistic, personality disorder, girlfriend, when she monkey branched from him to another guy, probably in a very unpleasant, nasty way.
0:34.8	He's trying to figure out what that'll happened, went to Google, found me,
0:38.8	he's been following me. And so he's had a lot of successes. He was actually able to attract a
0:44.2	woman from high school that he always had the hots for and a couple of women that had kind of gone
0:48.8	cold on him that he really liked. And so even though he's had a lot of success, he's had situations where he starts dating women that he liked. And so even though he's had a lot of success, he's had situations where he starts dating
0:57.3	women he likes, but he's not really super into them. And then after about week six or seven, just like
1:03.2	I talk about in my book, 3% man, the women are starting to fall in love and they want to be
1:09.2	exclusive and he goes along with it
1:11.0	only to break up with him a couple of months later because he realizes he's just not feeling it.
1:17.0	So he's feeling very guilty because of that and he's thinking, man, I'm accumulating all this negative karma
1:22.5	because I'm getting serious with these women that I'm not into because part of the problem is he's deep down worrying or fearful that he's not going to
1:30.8	meet anybody he really clicks with, which is understandable when enough time goes by and you look
1:38.0	around you and you think other people are happier or are living a better life than they are.
1:45.0	It's never a good thing when you start comparing yourself to other people because your life is your own life.
1:50.0	It's going to be completely different than everybody else's.
1:53.0	So when you compare yourself to somebody else, now your life is, instead of judging it to your own standards of success, you're judging it to somebody
2:02.7	else's standards, which is often, especially when it comes to social media, it's a false
