Chelsea Handler, on what happened when Jane Fonda called her in.

I couldn't believe it, but I had a choice there in the moment to accept it or defend it, you know,

and I just accepted it.

And moreover, the louder marking of that conversation was that she had taken the time to have a difficult conversation with someone that I know now

that she cared about. And that set up for me a kind of map of how I wanted to be as a woman. Like,

what am I going to do for other women? I'm willing to have those difficult conversations too.
