But when you learn how to build a business and sell it,

and I know because I'm speaking from experience,

that's where you make forever money.

Yeah. That's where you change family trees.

And we changed 25 family trees when we did a deal this past December and now I can

rinse and repeat and there's nothing I'm touching literally there's no

deal that I've looked at that I can't pull up 500 million out.

So, and people are like, that's crazy.

And it feels like monopoly money.

But I'm like, how many family trees can we change?

How do we get the employees invested?

And how do we do equity incentive programs? And how do we get the employees invested and how do we do equity incentive programs and how do we do performance pay and how do we get them all rolling in the same direction and change lives?

Like literally like these people, I'm like, what do you, why did you start a a business where do you want your life to be why

I wouldn't imagine my life without this business so the business became your

identity and are you happy and you, happy is not really a mind,

you're happy and sad throughout the day, but is your mindset optimistic?

Are you a positive person?

And a lot of these business owners like,

I hate my freaking employees. They don't work as hard as I do. They

don't show up what I did most. So they got this attitude of a culture of they hate

their employees. Yeah. They hate their customers. They hate it when the phone

rings. Yeah. Their marriage is on the Fritz.
