Things you didn't know you needed to know today.

It's news-ish with Betty.

If you didn't realize it, daylight savings time happens this weekend, so along with changing

the time on your clocks, pretty much like your oven in your car, maybe your car if you've got

a dumb car like mine, you got to change the clock's times.

There are a few other things we should do this weekend that are super responsible and they're

easy to forget, but if we do them when the time changes it's easier to remember to do them

It's a good reset for things. Yeah so a couple of those are change the batteries in your smoke detectors

We should change them once a year, so if you haven't done it in a while or

can't remember the last time you did it, odds are you should do it.

My wife will be all over me about doing this because every year she does it and she doesn't

change any of them and I have to

change them all I think I have nine or ten I always forget one and then

added on top of that you always feel like you need to throw the batteries away in separate

containers so they don't actually touch and click together somehow and start a
