What's up, guys? If you show me an entrepreneur that acts like they haven't burnt out and crashed

out hundreds and hundreds of times, I will show you a damn liar. So today's episode,

ladies and gentlemen, is going to be a real talk episode. This is going to be the real, real.

This is stuff that I'm going through right now. It's going to be raw. It's going to be unedited. It's going to be unfiltered. I am going to cuss.

So if you have children in your car, if you're with your parents on the way to church,

listening to some entrepreneurship, plug their ears. I'll give you a three, two, one,

countdown. Fuck. Yes, that felt wonderful. I got that off my chest. Now, let's talk about burnout.

There's this quote that I really love, and it's true, and it pisses me off that it is true

because it seems like this pursuit that we're running towards but never actually

attain.

And I know that's untrue, but it's just like where I'm

sitting right now, it seems like that. And I know you guys see my life on Instagram and you think it's

all polished and then I'm just like right now I'm recording this literally in Capri, Italy.

I am recording this, talking to you about burnout, sitting in a sweet panorama view of the Capri Coast line.

So, yeah, what you see isn't always like the full picture of all these people that you see online.

And so the quote that I'm talking about is you don't burn out because of hard work.

You burn out because of the wrong

work. And I've shared this quote before, and it's true. But it is really, really fucking hard

to get to a point where you only focus on the right work, not all the work, but the good news is that I know the

process. And through listening to today's episode, it's not just going to be me complaining,

whining, bitching. It's going to be me actually giving you the game, the playbook, what you need

to follow sequentially, because I'm following the same playbook.
