optimistic, upbeat positive person and that is true and that is something that I cultivate consciously. I don't

wake up feeling good all the time but I know how to get myself there and if you're

in self-coaching society you'll know that this is all that we talk about, because controlling

how you feel is a mega superpower.

So why am I bringing up feeling low today?

Number one, feeling low is normal.

It can't always be summer with our mood. It's not natural. We're meant to experience the full

spectrum of emotions. Sometimes it's lethargy, sometimes it is anxiety, sometimes it's kind of feeling bad or tired or heavy for no real reason that you can even define.

Maybe you're looking for a reason to peg it to or looking for you know some explanation as to why you maybe have a low mood one day

But it's part and parcel of being human right experiencing it all.

I want to share with you one rule, one policy I have when it comes to my low moods that of course

happen because I'm a human being. Low moods that are because I'm a human being,

low moods that aren't as shakable

as perhaps other low moods.

Some low moods I can turn around very quickly
