Good morning everyone and welcome back to the messy masterpiece podcast with Chad and Tori happy

Monday. We hope that you had an amazing weekend and we're excited to jump into today's devotional

but I just want to give a couple quick little shout outs. Number one, we posted our long form

episode on Saturday and it was on sharing the gospel. All the the do's and the don'ts and the fears

and the good things and the power behind doing so we just shared the stuff that's impacted us

on that. And then the second thing is I just want to give a shout out to this whole community. I was

I was thinking about this verse and they will know your mind disciples by your love for one another

and Tori and I have just been involved in our discord chat with our patrons and I was thinking

about a certain friends episode if you ever watch friends. Yeah. I was even thinking about the theme

song like oh be there for you. And it just got me feeling so thankful because someone posted

something about asking for prayer actually people do all day and to see people rally around each

other and they just say hey I'm here for you. It's powerful. And yeah it's just so powerful. I

just wanted to give a little shout out to that because it's just really just warms our hearts

to see God moving and making people feel loved and connected through this community. Thanks for

playing your part in it. Let's jump in maybe. Yes. All right y'all say this in the next couple

days we're going to be in this study by Charles Stanley and it is titled Waiting on God. And I

feel like we've been talking about waiting on God a lot and I think that it's just something that

is really going to speak to your heart. So let's dive in the first day says the never's of life

never. It's the word that can stir the deepest fear and the bravest heart. I'll never find a job.

This will never get better. I'll never get married. I'll never have the child I long for. He'll never

come home to me. It's the lie that originates with our sinful nature and it insists on putting a

decisive in to all of our hope. Don't bother to dream. It whispers cruelly. You don't deserve it.
