Good morning everyone and welcome back to another morning with the masters where we devote

ourselves to the Lord daily with you. Good morning you guys. We are back and are live on purpose

devotional and Tori is just going to take it from here. Yes, yeah let's do it. Today's devotional

is titled all together beautiful and the verses from Song of Solomon 4 verse 7 and it says,

you are all together beautiful my darling beautiful in every way. Have you ever looked in the mirror

and didn't find anything beautiful? I think that's because of two things. One you were looking for an

image the world gave you and told you is beautiful and two you've limited the definition of your beauty

to the world's standard. The world's definition of beauty is kind of a trick. It sets an unrealistic

standard designed to provoke comparison and competition. It makes you think you always need more

or less of something to meet the standard. Plus the images we see online aren't always even real.

If you hold too tightly to the world's standards of beauty you will never feel beautiful. It's set up

to make you feel less than which was not God's design. When God created you he created a masterpiece

not meant to be compared to any other creation. The image of beauty you are designed to reach is

in front of you. You are beautiful because you were created in the image of God. You are beautiful

because you're the only one who has what you have to rock. Who you are made to be is more than enough.

Now go look in the mirror. Take off any worldly lens that has affected the way you see yourself,

a lens of insecurity, jealousy, comparison, negativity, self-hatred or anything else and stare at yourself

and say you are all together beautiful my darling. Wow the Lord takes such great delight in you.

Look at the color of your eyes, the strands of your hair and the features of your face.

God made you and you are exactly how he intended you to be. You do not have to fix anything

or work to be anything. You are already beautiful. He created you to reveal a new image of beauty

and another side of himself to the world. From this day forward choose to turn your eyes away from
