to my friend Simon Brown in the UK,

and we were having this lovely conversation.

We catch up once in a while about what our experiences.

And the theme that arose was this idea of trust, like the idea, the concept of trust.

Like as a human who believes they're person, separate from everything that is,

trusting this, this moment, what's happening right now, is not ever truly possible.

I'll say that again, you can't trust this.

You, the separate person, the sense of contraction, that energy of like, I'm apart from everything,

will never be able to fully surrender or do anything to trust this moment.

In fact, it's set up to fail because the whole idea of separation is that,

it's an idea, by the way, it's an energetic contraction,

it's a sense, it's an image, it's an illusion,
