0:45.2	On today's show, we're going to talk about when our interest rate's going to be cut, because
0:49.4	I have a specific date in mind that I think is when it's going to happen but the market is all over
0:55.5	the place depending on the economic numbers that the Fed gets which came in a little
1:00.4	bit hot most recently interest rates have been moving and have backed up 60 basis
1:06.0	points or 0.6 percent from January.
1:10.2	And that's because people aren't sure when the Fed is going to make their first interest rate cut.
1:15.6	Now at the beginning of the year, we had quite a strong narrative that the Fed was going to cut rates
1:20.6	and everything looked like it was on track and it still is. However, we got a little bit of a hot report recently and that sent interest rates higher which meant the market narrative then changed to, well maybe the interest rate cuts won't happen
1:35.2	until June or so. And while that's possible, I think the first rate cut is likely to happen in May.
1:41.7	But you have all of these economists who are polled by Reuters and they're saying
1:46.0	the first rate cut could come later rather than earlier. Some of the volatility that we've been
