0:19.8	I've decided that Thursdays are the posting day for thick and thin officially.
0:25.3	It's been like a year and a half of making this podcast and I still have not nailed down a
0:30.3	posting day and a lot of it had to do with just being at my previous corporate job where I didn't have as much time to really premeditate episodes.
0:37.8	It was just kind of like whenever I could record I would record but now I've had more structure on my own terms so I can fully plan episodes and feel confident with them on a certain day that I want to post them.
0:50.0	So basically Thursdays are now our day. I thought it could be cool like thick and
0:54.6	thin Thursdays. It just like sounds cool and also it gives me like the first four
0:59.2	days of the week to figure my shit out basically and put out an episode so yes breaking news
1:04.9	Thursdays are now our day definitely just you know always look forward to an
1:10.0	episode on Thursdays I'm even thinking you know, come about like March or April,
1:14.8	I might even start having guests on the podcast, maybe like twice a month. I still want
1:19.7	this to be mostly a diary sort of journal entry type podcast but I thought it could be
1:24.8	cool to have some you know opinion makers in the area you know I live in New York
1:29.2	there's so many people here even just like friends that I have online that can like phone in almost.
1:34.0	I just did a podcast I talked about it last week with my friend Siena and it was so
1:38.7	easy to record it online and just have us both be sitting in completely different places recording an
1:44.2	episode together. So I'm going to explore that possibility as well in the coming
1:48.9	months and now that I have an assistant on my team which is so exciting I'm so excited to introduce
1:54.2	you guys to her her name is Kimberly she started a couple of days ago and now we are
1:58.7	working together she's actually still at her previous job working through her last two weeks and so eventually
2:06.5	we'll actually be together during the day so we're gonna work together she'll
