Good morning everyone and welcome back to another mornings with the masters.

We devote ourselves to the Lord daily with you.

We are sadly rounding out with day eight of our devotion on the Bible

if you guys want to follow along.

And as always, I'm gonna read the scripture

that I'm also gonna pick with the Devo.

The first scripture is First Kings,

chapter 18 verse 42, and it says this this so Ahab went to eat and drink but

Elijah climbed to the top of Mount Carmel and bowed low to the ground and prayed

with his face between his knees.

And the final scripture is,

Roman chapter 14 versus 5 and 6,

and it says this,

in the same way some think one day is more holy than another day,

while others think every day is alike. You should each be fully

convinced that whichever day you choose is acceptable. Those who worship the Lord on a special day do it to

honor him. Those who eat any kind of food do so to honor the

Lord since they give thanks to God before eating and those who refuse to eat

certain foods also want to please God and give thanks to God.
