My strategy is to have fun with a capital F. It's all about having fun and trying to stay

When I'm out here and I'm suffering, I try to think about positive things.

Like, you know, there's a lot of people that rather trade places with me that maybe are

injured or ill and they can't be running.

So I have to try to always think positive and maybe run for them and, you know, we're

out here because we want to be out here.

So you shouldn't be negative even when that little voice on your left shoulder is

telling you to quit or stop or disperse or that hurt.

Well, when you're running all trails, it's going to hurt.

And when people are moating in a 100 mile race and they're like, I want to quit, you

through that in your head and just keep thinking positive thoughts and do whatever
