3:04.8	and the Associated Press has reported that he, his name is Dr. Mahandra Amin, settled a
3:10.4	Medicare and Medicaid fraud suit brought by the Department of Justice for over $500,000 in 2013.
3:16.8	So he's got a few problems. AP did some additional digging and found that there has been one
3:23.2	hysterectomy performed by him on a detainee that was confused about why she was receiving the
3:27.5	surgery. This doctor is an OBGYN practicing for three decades but not board certified, as Bloomberg
3:35.3	News has reported. And the Associated Press was unable so far to find anything illegal about
3:41.2	what he has done, but more women are coming forward and we will follow this story closely for you.
