As parents, we deal with a lot of messy moments, but there are tragedies that we might have to

navigate. And how do we respond? I'm John Fuller, along with Dr. Danny Werta, and we're going to

with really difficult situations. And she talked about a challenging time her own family walked

through. Yeah, Melissa, one of the themes in the book is messiness. And I'm thinking of the clutter

and the Legos and all of that, but you probably meant something

a little bit bigger, I think.

Oh, absolutely.

You know, messy conversations, messy situations where, you know, our kids may not respond

to things the way we want them to.

And how do we handle that in a way that honors the Lord?

And again, I always go back to seek God because he will give us discernment

and how to handle situations. But yeah, circumstances are going to come up from left field that we have no idea,

and they can knock us on our feet. But God has been so faithful and good. He gives us everything that we need. It says that we have everything

we need for godliness and to live a life that honors the Lord if we are seeking him and relying on him.

And so that's, I guess, I don't know. Well, it sounds like what you're saying to some degree is

rely on the Lord because messy does happen. And when that does happen, you get the bigger picture

that God might be doing something here.
