0:29.0	You feel alone, responsible, overwhelmed. The little knot sits in the bottom of your stomach, prodding you awake when you need to sleep,

0:40.0	King David wrote a hymn of lament for God's faithful people to sing to God to pray to God in times like these.
0:46.2	When the pressure and responsibility of life feels so overwhelming, you just want to check out,

0:53.2	Psalm 55 is God reaching down to you,
0:56.1	acknowledging this feeling,
0:58.2	and providing words of comfort and instruction
1:00.9	in his word for you to take to heart.
1:03.8	It says,
1:05.2	Fear and trembling come upon me,
1:07.5	and whore overwhelms me.
1:09.6	And I say, oh, that I had wings like a dove.
1:12.4	I would fly away and be at rest. Yes, I would wander far away.
1:17.0	I would lodge in the wilderness. I would hurry to find a shelter from the raging wind and tempest.
1:24.0	David's impulse here is to flee his trouble and his pain and go somewhere anywhere.
