Now, this is an interesting thing about this cult, from what I'm understanding, from what I've read what you've told me, these people, I mean, they were living on their own kind of compound. Is that accurate?

Yeah, from what I know, that they had their own little area, so their own little town set up.

And it might have been on the outskirts of another town. But they were kind of their own unit.

So not a lot of outsiders were involved in their everyday life. So they were they were kind of their own unit so not a lot of outsiders were involved in their

everyday life so they were able to have more of a secretive history and continue doing what

they wanted to do without anybody really noticing what was going on i mean the girls were

schooled or all the children were schooled within the compound. They didn't go outside of the

area to go to public schools, so they didn't interact with other children. They kept things away

from them like television and books and anything that would show them what a real life really

looked like. That was all they knew. They thought that was how the world worked because that was all they saw.

The parents, did they simply interact within their sphere as well?

Did they work outside of the cult?

You know, there's things that I don't know.

I couldn't get a whole lot of external information

from Marianne about a lot of this. You know, again, she just either had forgotten a lot of it

or she didn't want to tell me. But I believe some of them did work outside of the community.

I mean, they must have had to to be able to make money.

So they were out in the world. I mean, they had ties to, you know, the mafia and Naziism and Satanism.

So, I mean, this must have been a really bizarre group, but, you know, they cloak themselves as regular normal people and were out in the world.
