Summary

STRESS, lack of sleep, and hormonal imbalances have been very big struggles for me over the past few years. I found myself struggling with health issues that I didn't know how to identify and didn't know how to start researching them. Here I am over two years later and I am so thankful for the progress I've made with my health! Jason and I have had five children in four years.

We had two sets of twin boys, followed by our baby girl.
