Well, if it's the taqwa of Allah, that was the first instruction, what is the taqua of someone

other than Allah?

What does that look like?

Because if the taqua of Allah leads to straight speech,

it must be the tqua of someone other than Allah that leads to

deviated speech.

This is Allah's way of saying when you speak straightforward,

the situation does get worse.

It is going to get bad.

So what is Allah going to fix then?

When you face a bad situation, you panic, you succumb, you get afraid, you get angry, you react.

Allah says he will reform your course of action as if you will learn to become so internally strong

that even if no storm was coming your way, you would act a certain way, you can still continue to act that way as if

nothing has gone bad. What took the taqua of Allah to really happen? Speech. Actions of

takwa are a natural consequence of the speech of taqua. The real hurdle to cross for the believer

is takwa-based straightforward speech. That's the real battle.
