I'm going to tell you something a little funny that happened recently that contained a little life lesson.

Doesn't everything actually contain a life lesson if you look at it with a conscious lens.

Well, my friends, as part of our business,

we use Slack, right, which is an easy way to communicate with your communities, with your team.

And Slack made a mistake.

They accidentally booted off a lot of our people. they were very sorry they fixed it, but they accidentally booted off a lot of our people just because of an internal error that they made.

Like I said, they fixed it as quickly as they could. But a lot of people got notices saying,

you've been removed from the Susie Moore International Slack channel, right? Which is my business channel. And I remember thinking, oh no, oh gosh, this is a bit of a headache to fix, but we did it.

Anyway, someone who works on my team, she works on a contractual basis, we love her.

She sent me a text with the notification she got saying,

hey, you guys, is everything okay?

And I thought, oh my, she thinks she's got the sack.

She thinks she's been fired.

She thinks we have unceremoniously let her go without an explanation by just booting her out of the Slack channel.

And part of me wanted to play along and go, yes, sorry.

You're out, but I didn't.

I couldn't even do it for a moment.

But I remember thinking, immediately, right,

the slack thing happened, and I got that text from her.

And I thought that text from her and I thought imagine if she was stewing on that all night

Imagine if she thought because this happened in the evening
