This story seemed both amazing and incredible to me as I read it.

Dr. Lloyd John Ogilvy was pastor of First Presbyterian Church in Los Angeles, California,

and even served as the chaplain of the United States Senate from 1995 to 2003.

Dr. Lloyd John Ogilvy was flying home from Kansas City. He had a speaking at a event, and as he was on

his way back to Los Angeles, to LAX Airport, during mid-flight, there was an emergency that occurred

that the passengers did not know until later on. The LAX tower began to call the cockpit

and told them that you have a viable bomb threat aboard your plane. The threat is this, that the

bomb was set to detonate as you descend into LAX and it will detonate when you hit

5,000 feet. The plane was halfway from Kansas to LAX and needed wisdom. They needed divine intervention

of what to do. And nothing but really God intervening,

the pilot, have figured it out. And this is what he said. Let's land in Denver. Denver is

5,280 feet above sea level.

And the plane landed safely in Denver, Colorado, and no lives were lost.

Can I tell you something today?

God, God always has a Denver, Colorado to protect you from

blowing up. That's not just naturally, but I'm talking about that spirit world. When you feel

you're about to explode internally here it is time

square look for Denver when you're overwhelmed find higher grounds find a place you can go that only

god can provide that was the prayer of David. He was looking for higher altitude

because on the inside he was about to implode. His world was falling apart. Everything was on fire

and didn't know what to do. Everything was unraveling and he needed to find, in a sense, Denver. Let me read it to you.
