I want to talk to you today about prayer, and I want to talk to you on this subject when prayer seems unanswered.

Now that's a problem to many of us. We hear that we're to pray, and indeed we should, but so many times we pray, and our prayer seems unanswered.

Look, if you will, in Luke chapter one, beginning in verse 5, there was in the days of Herod, the king of Judea, a certain priest named

Zacharias of the course of Aebaea, and his wife was of the daughters of Aaron, and her name

was Elizabeth. And they were both righteous before God, walking in all of the commandments and

ordinance of the Lord, blameless. And they had no child because that Elizabeth was barren.

And they were both now well stricken in years.
