1:14.6	But if we're honest, it can sometimes feel a little difficult, and that is prayer. The Bible teaches us that prayer is one of the main ways that we get to
1:23.2	know God. We can bring our concerns before him. It helps us grow in our faith. But a lot of us have
1:31.5	seasons where prayer feels repetitive or boring or it's filled with distractions. So today, we are
1:40.1	going to talk honestly about that and also really practically about an amazing way that you can
1:48.7	bring a fresh life into your prayer time. And to help me with this conversation, I have invited one of my
1:57.5	dearest friends, Tracy Crowley. Tracy is a longtime friend of mine who's been walking with the Lord for many years.
