Hey everybody, how's it going? Thanks for joining me this afternoon. I've got a great stream with a

great guest that I think you're really going to enjoy. As I'm sure you guys

are aware, I'm a pretty big fan of metal music, and I've had a great time speaking with the

co-host of Tim Poole's show, Timcast, as well as the lead singer of All That Remains, a fantastic

metal core band. So I wanted to go ahead and interview him about metal and

politics and everything else that he's involved in. Joining me today is Phil LeBonte. Thank you so

just, I guess, start with your musical journey and then maybe get to you know what you're doing now

with politics and everything but for people who don't know uh did you start out as a pretty

musical kid I know metal isn't necessarily something a lot of people grow up listening to

when they're young did you have a house full of other musical influences?

How did you get interested?

So I got my first guitar and that like I play guitar as well and that's that's what got

me into the music world in the first place.
