So your Dutch class is going well, clearly.

Well, I managed to say about two words in Dutch there.

So yeah, it's better than last week. It's very good.

Yeah, I'm doing an intensive Dutch course and it's really exhausting and I'm going to try and sound

awake and but my brain feels like spaghetti because I'm trying to shove so much Dutch grammar

and vocabulary into my head. What's like the best word you learned today?

Actually, the best thing I learned today was from the half-Indeed and half-Indian guy who is in my class,

who was telling me about a cheese that I don't know about this, just like Hulumi, which is my

favorite food.

That's bad that the thing that I remember is about food

and not about language. Did you learn the word for this cheese or just like the mere fact of its

existence? It's called panier. Panir. That's like a really famous type of, that's like the whole

of Indian cheese, isn't it? That's like loads of Indian cheese. Oh, is it? On a related note,

you know how Indian food is like famously really bad in Paris and a lot of people just go to London to eat Indian food?

And in Amsterdam it's really bad too. No offence.

My Indian friend tried to go to an Indian restaurant here in Paris and he got turned away from the door.
