Today I want to comment on a conversation I see going on in the Facebook group. I know I talk

about that a lot, but there's a lot of good conversations over there over the overwhelmed

We can talk about anything you want. One of the conversations that we're having over there,

somebody wrote that they were having issues in their relationship, having to do with the person

there with, being quite distant, emotionally disconnected, and I'll just read some of this.

They said I'm seeking advice on a complex situation. For a few years, we've faced a crisis that

has strained our relationship and we've been dealing with issues like forgiveness, trust,

and emotional distance. We still live together, but it feels like I'm carrying the entire burden

of maintaining our relationship. It's become one side and I feel like I'm the only one making an

effort. For instance, there's a lack of physical affection and emotional connection, no hugs and

kisses. Even when I initiate such gesture to a response feels distant, insincere, and even dishonest.
