Welcome to Back from the Abyss. I'm Dr. Craig Hecock.

1:33.6

She just needed to work through the unfinished business of her childhood so she could then

1:38.3

help others with their mental and emotional despair.

1:42.3

The story is in two parts.

1:44.6

First, Christina shares her story, then she and I go meta and explore the behind-the-scenes

1:50.0

preparation for this episode.
