0:57.2	And so my dad and I have been building this house, bit by bit, and we're hoping I had it finished by fall.
1:04.4	But to do this, my parents have a heat lock on our house where we've been using it to kind of cash full of the belt.
1:09.5	And so I'm at this point where, you know, I went to the baby steps.
1:18.6	I started $1,000, paid off the debts that I had, closed my card of cards, have a $23,000, six-month emergency fund.
1:19.4	Oh, good for you.
1:29.0	So now I'm sitting at this point where as we're getting closer to finishing the build, my mom and I are trying to decide what is a better option. I've been paying on the key lock as like if I have a mortgage, right? But we're deciding if we should be
1:36.0	refit if I should refinance it and just have a mortgage. That way they don't have a key lock and they
1:41.4	can, you know, and they're good on their plate. They're on their,
1:44.4	with their play, right?
1:45.3	Right.
1:46.6	But refinancing means that I'm adding the cost of insurance.
1:50.7	I'm adding clothing costs and all these other costs.
1:53.5	And so we're trying to decide, is it worth it if to do that had a benefit to save like half a percent on the fixed rate versus the current
