Welcome to Before the Noise. My name is Chad Prather. Thank you for being here. These are my devotional thoughts. You guys sit in with me. I've been praying for our study this morning. I didn't expect it quite honestly, but this portion of Mark Chapter 6 has just absolutely wrecked me. I have been in it so deep that honestly, I want to write a book on this passage that we've been studying. It's just crazy

what's going on. I got too many book ideas. In fact, I almost started our live feed a little

too late this morning because I was getting caught back up on some stuff that I wrote in

this book that I'd actually forgotten about and just bless myself all over again. If you haven't

gotten born for meaning, go get it. Okay, go, go, go, go get it. We're still in Mark chapter six.

We'll see how far we get today. We grabbed a couple of verses yesterday and I talked a lot longer than I intended to, but that's okay. Sometimes the Lord just starts kind of ministering to your heart, and you just kind of settle down there. And again, these are my devotional thoughts. And I'm thankful that you guys choose to sit in here with me. So if you're there on the Rumble live chat, don't get distracted by it, but go ahead and blow it up.

Put some of those dancing bananas, some of those party foul steves in there. And if you're

watching on YouTube, God bless you guys. Man, I went back and rewatched a little bit yesterday,

and I jumped in the live chat replay on YouTube. You guys are a blessing. That's a great

I'm thankful for every single one of you. I'm going to travel today. Head over to speak tonight

at Magnolia Cowboy Church. I might have actually said Montgomery yesterday. It might have been a

faux pa. There is Lone Star Cowboy Church in Montgomery, Texas. But I'll be over at my good friend, Randy Weaver, pastors that. But I'll be over with Pastor Robert in the gang over at Magnolia Cowboy Church tonight. So I'm looking forward to that. And then we're in Kema, Texas, playing a little music Saturday night. But that's beside the point. That's not

why we're here. We picked up Mark chapter 6. We got through verse 7, well, we got through

verse 7 through 9. And I just thought about it all day yesterday. So I don't want to be too redundant or repetitive.

But I want to pray for us. I want to jump in here in verse 10.

Jesus is sending out his 12 disciples to go do kingdom expansion, going out to do ministry.

And it's so powerful when you think that their commissioning comes out of their calling.

And their calling comes out of their communion with Him.
