this because it's reality and often we think it isn't.

We absolutely don't realize that this is true pretty much everywhere. Okay? Let me give you some

context. So one of my editors, this awesome guy in New York, after being one of my

editors at a cool media publication, he moved on somewhere else and then somewhere

else, he moved into a fitness business and he moved into something more corporate in the banking

sector and now he works at a very well-known

cool software company that many of us know and love. Of course I can't say who they are for the purpose of keeping this, you know, elegant.

But I reached out to him because I saw the update on LinkedIn that he just joined this company and it's a very cool company and I was like hey

Congrats man like that's really really good news are you enjoying it and he said to me

Susie Oh my if there's anything I've learned in the last few years, it's that everything

is a bleep show, we know what that word is, everything is a bleep show behind the scenes. He's like, I keep joining these companies

thinking, wow, this company will be organized, or this team will have it all together,

or I'll step into something that really's got a good rhythm.

But behind the scenes, everything is just hanging by a thread.

No one knows what they're doing it's problem after problem and I said to him oh my dear yes this is life this is the reality

behind the scenes of businesses of regular human beings their jobs

Of the reality of what we see even on social media reality in inverted commas

Behind the scenes. It is a bleep show. The biggest lie my friend is thinking

that someone else or another company another person another team has it all together.
