Summary
In this episode, we have Dr. Sumeet Bahl who always had a vision of being a doctor very early on in life. During high school, he was a great student and a football team member when he began drinking alcohol. When he graduated college and had no medical school to go to Sumeet began furthering his exploration of meditation and that was when his relationship with alcohol would change forever. Dr. Bahl is currently an interventional radiologist in Brooklyn, NY and shares some insight with us on the effects of alcohol. With over 18 years of being alcohol-free, this is Sumeet’s story on the sober motivation podcast.
